First you will need to determine which scale you have, this is usually
printed on an identifier tag attached to the display. Follow the
relevant link to the section you need where you will be able to download the
correct user manual for your scale.
If you would like to arrange for an engineer to visit you for either a
repair or calibration/service visit then fill out the form located in that
section and submit it to us. We will then contact you to arrange a
suitable time and date to visit you.
